Missing 3 fingers, severe bleeding of shredded palm

Rapid pulse at wrist, pale/sweaty, severe bleeding from Hand controllable with pressure (no torniquette)

Desired Response:

Primary then Rapid scan. Transport. Vitals, full body scan enroute.
