Adult Airway Protocol

Universal Patient Assessment

Remove rings, bracelets, any other constricting items, and clothes where applicable

Eye Involvement  Flush with copious water

Hemorrhage Control Protocol / General Trauma Protocol

Stop the burning process

Consider Spine Motion Restriction

Fluid Bolus (Body Weight (kg) x BSA) /4 = hourly rate Of 0.9% saline

Powder

Chemical

Apply dry sterile dressings

Brush off powder

Toxic Exposure Protocol

Flush with copious water

Evaluate for other injuries

Once powder removed, flush with copious water
